By engaging MVPGen's services, you agree to these terms and conditions governing our $1000 MVP development service delivered within one week.

2. Service Scope

Our service includes:

• MVP development within 7 business days
• Two revision rounds
• Basic technical documentation
• Source code delivery

3. Payment Terms

• 50% upfront deposit to commence work
• 50% upon project completion
• Additional features charged separately

4. Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of the delivered code
• Rights to all custom-developed features
• License to use integrated third-party components

5. Project Timeline

• Project kickoff: Within 24 hours of deposit
• Development phase: 5 business days
• Review and revisions: 2 business days

6. Confidentiality

• Secure development environment
• Non-disclosure agreements
• Private code repositories

7. Limitation of Liability

MVPGen's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for consequential damages or lost profits.

8. Termination

Refund policy:

• Before development: 90% refund
• During development: Pro-rata refund
• After delivery: No refund
